I believe ART is creation that can cross reality with imagination. I feel the essence of art is the fulfillment of a thought, vision, or dream, which presents itself and then is moved by spirit toward realization. My current work has been with the ancient art of mandalas, symmetrical designs that are found in many indigenous cultures and notably in cathedrals stained glass windows. Mandalas may be viewed in contemplation as one observes, ponders or meditates on the pattern, colour and movement of the image. Within the complexity of the design lies a deep simplicity in which the viewer may find harmony, joy and peace. – PMB
